Is your service guaranteed?

For most timeshare companies, yes, the service is guaranteed.  However, there are some companies for whom we can not offer the guaranteed.  Please consult with your Exit Specialist for more details.

How long does the service take?

In most cases, the Straight Exit Service, takes approximately 9 to 12 months.  This depends greatly on the amount of cooperation we receive from our client and varies between timeshare companies.

Does my timeshare have to be paid for?

No, your timeshare does not have to be paid for or be up-to-date.  If you are behind on your mortgage payments or maintenance fees, however, please call us as soon as possible, so that we can help you prevent further damage to your credit report.
